Signia App

This App is broken since last update. On iPhone 15 Pro Max, the App takes minutes to find the Signia aids and often fails to find them; takes up to 20-30 seconds to respond to taps on the buttons. And randomly shuts down. GET THIS FIXED. Hearing Aids are medical devices not toys.

The app does work for non bluetooth aids, like the Silk charge & go IX, but only in the traditional remote control mode. This means no Signia assistant and any changes are temporary and are reset when the aids are turned off like when charging. While obviously there are technical differences using high frequency sound rather than bluetooth, if at all possible it would be nice to have the option of making the changes persistent

Have reinstalled, updated, reinstalled, updated yada yada. CanNOT get well-being at all. Other aspects do work.

Not sure what is going on but for the past few days the Signia hearing app has not been opening so I can’t adjust hearing aid settings. Very annoying! Is this possibly related to the update?

This new version of the app was forced on me by the older version no longer being supported. It will not even pair to my hearing aids, leaving me locked into tv mode.

Nice to use

This app is not stable. Signia need to get their act together if they want to stay ahead of the times. Can’t change function from TV to universal. I’m using newest IX7 HA. very disappointed with them and Signia.

The sounds I want to hear loudly and clearly at the voices of my family and visitors near me. Always within 3-4 metres. But the sounds that are amplified and always the loudest are the sounds - noises really - from the washing machine 5 metres away or the road, 10 metres away. It's really too bad that Sigma can't resolve this issue, even in their least expensive model. Too much focus on profits and not enough on quality. .... and how about a response to this comment?

If you walk away from the phone and you come back it doesn’t reconnect properly,you have to mess with it.

I pay thousands of dollars for aids but Signia app is less than useful all I get is unconnected not at all useful
