I love how simple and straightforward it is to use this as a tool in my journey to health and wellness. I used it when I started my health and wellness program and then when I thought I am fine with not using Simple anymore, when I thought I got my routine already, i stopped using it. This was a decision i regret doing up to this day. But now, I am using it again and somehow, it gives me the feeling that I am not alone in this journey and it feels really comforting. Thank you Simple!

You had a short time where I could track very differentiated my food with weight and all details. Then you changed back to a totally unclear system.

Love this app, I don’t need to calculate when I can eat & when I stop for fasting.

It’s easy to follow. Also, it’s great to have an app to remind me that my fasting time is over😜! It makes me think how much I eat & drink everyday. Super helpful for my diet.

The app is very user friendly once you understand the premise of it. I love the articles and feedback. I’m still learning the app. So far, it’s exactly what I need.

I started intermittent fasting with Simple in July and I’ve lost over 50 pounds! The Avo coach is so helpful and this app is great!

I do like the app. It was just what I needed to get on the right path with fasting. I wish there was a “skip today” button. I have decided to fast during the week but not on weekends, but the app still sends all the notifications.
