무료로 받아서 쓰다가 유료로 넘어왔는데, 유료로 여러가지 나만의 루틴을 만들 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그냥 틀어놓고 혼자서 요가 하기 좋아요. 이 시리즈를 다 다운 받았는데, 다 괜찮은 듯!

여러 요가 앱 중 제가 제일 좋아하는 앱이예요. 설명도 뚜렸하고... 동작 구성도 좋고.. 다만 몇가지 아쉬움이 있어요. 1. 나만의 루틴을 만들어 저장할 수 있으나 1개밖에 저장할 수 없는 것이 아쉬워요. 나만의 루틴 1,2,3... 등 여러가지 저장할 수 있도록 업그레이드 부탁해요. 2. 배경 음악이 1가지 밖에 없다니.. 요즘 요가할 때 좋은 음악 그리도 많은데.. 다양한 배경음악주세요.

After turning 50 I was tired of aches pains and lack of flexibility. This app has helped me ease back into yoga. It’s very hard to find yoga videos on YouTube that aren’t yoga flow. Or some new version of traditional yoga. This app is great I used the free version for a while and then upgraded. I like that it’s a one time purchase. We all have way too many reoccurring purchases that we forget about.

Love this app! I’ve done a lot of yoga videos over the years and a few classes here and there. This app offers the best of both but with the option to create up to three custom routines of whatever length you want. Keep the instructions on if you like a yoga class experience. Turn them off if you want less chatter. Try the free version of the app first. If you like it, you’ll be happy to get paid the version which you only have to buy once. The Apple TV app works great
