Best good coach not too long. Not to easy or not impossible try it out
It’s happening nearly every 2nd time. The timer freezes, no buttons are working and all you can do is close the app and restart then skip the exercises I already done. So annoying !!
I’ve used free version and paid version of the app and I’ve used some other apps as well. None are strict focus oriented as this app. Worths every single penny absolutely.

This thing is perfect but it’s hard for me because the workout that is good for me is premium
Although there are payed features the free part of the app is really good, i am an already competitive athlete but for a few years i was feeling no change in my ab strength, after I started using this app there were noticeable differences within the month, but not just with ab strength. I could doo more chinups and pushups i could hold heavy weights in squats. I have not spent a cent on this app but now i dont have to go to the gym for further excersize outside of training ! Overall good app 10/10 would recommend and only takes 15-20 minutes a day for a workout in your bedroom on your floor !
I started doing workouts that this app provides me, and I made huge progress. Only started last Christmas, around 15-12 Dec. It works, really well. I never thought that I, a 16-year-old. Who have been fat for a long long time, would get abs. I'm also doing cardio, around 2-3 hours of biking or jogging a day. This made my self-confidence rise because of what I've achieved so far. 5/5 stars. Very nice app. 😀

I tried measuring my bpm and I was curious, if I try putting the camera at a red object will it work? And yes it did working showing a bpm on a object that didn’t have a heart so the heart bpm is fake
