Annoying things: - App must be running in the background for the ‘Ring Phone’ feature to work. The battery sensor is always warning about low battery, even after replacing the battery.

It seems to me, that the watch has all the functions, but the app is limited. Why can i add only 6 contact and 6 apps? Why cant i for eg. put all my colleagues to a number, and grouping friends to a different one? There is 12 numbers and an option of 6 people... same with applications. So limited.

I have got a Jorn watch. The design is perfect, but I don’t understand why there is no alarm clock or stopwatch function for a watch. 😕

The app is alright, but I have the “Jorn” hybrid smartwatch which has 4 coloured dots specifically for notifications and now with the “new”(almost a year old) way of notifications you can only assign apps to numbers on the watch (1-12). So basically I have 4 useless coloured dots on the side, which is not too bad of a thing, but I think it would be more convenient if there was on option to use these colours on the 2016-17 “Connected” watches, so you could enjoy all the functions of your device. I hope this will be read and fixed, because I’m sure I’m not the only individual who is a little mad about this. Besides this flaw the interface is very straight forward and user friendly, I have been satisfied with the experience so far.

It was a little bit confuse why I couldn’t use the dots on my watch to show notifications. Because you changed the app and now only the numbers are available. Why? Please add an option to set notifications on and off scheduled! Now I have to turn it off everyday when I get home and doesn’t want to wear it anymore.

Are you planning to add more features to the app? Like a stopwatch, or maybe IFTTT support? And does te watch can recieve notifications from google calendar? I’m still unclear about it after some reshearch... Thanks

I’ve switched from Withings/Nokia. Skagen is less precise. It registers approx 20% less steps than the real number and it is less precise than Withings when recording sleeping. Moreover anytime when I put brand new batteries into my watch, the app shows the battery is low or even empty. It uses CR2430 battery which is rare, harder to purchase than a regular CR2032 for example. But what else can I do if I love the design and cannot find an alternative? :/ Update: using it for One year now. Still not precise enough. Sometimes it undermeasures sometimes over depending on the actual software update. Sometimes it seems okay. Battery is still an issue any battery I am able to purchase shows empty except Renata that the manufacturer suggests. That shows 2/3 charged status so still not full and it powers the watch as long as a regular battery. One month approx. Withings watch can operate for at least half a year with one battery independently from its brand.

Unable to login after update to the latest version (1.9.1). The App support link points to nowhere.
