Immediately restarts my watch when I try to start an indoor workout. Every time. Used to be fine.
It is not possible to load watch faces that has the circled calori, heart rate, step count!!!
It was di easy to set up. Works well with my iphone and has all the information i need to hand. Its early days, but so far i am well impressed.
It has ruined the whole experience. Please, please either change it back or update it to be more in line with what you had before. I do not need a blog, adverts, company history. Just easy access to the stats it is monitoring.
I’ve had my Skagen Jorn Hybrid 6 for 2 months and whilst I love the watch, it repeatedly fails to connect to the app. Multiple times, every single day, I have to follow the instructions sent to me by Fossil Group Support which frequently don’t work. I’ve had to resort to loosing the data previously collected by the watch in order to get this pile of rubbish working. Fossil Group can only offer me a replacement Fossil watch - they can’t offer me a like-for-like replacement Skagen Jorn 6 Hybrid as (allegedly) it’s not in stock, unlike the Skagen website where it IS in stock. And I’m not done there - the step counter needs recalibrating, something which can be done from the app for other hybrid watches. On a mile walk, I counted just over 1900 steps but the Skagen Jorn Hybrid 6 reported close to 2500 steps. That’s some discrepancy in the algorithm. Would I recommend the Skagen Jorn 6 with this app - not in a million years. Have I received a satisfactory level of support from Fossil Group Support? No, I cannot. It’s such a shame that I spent so much on a watch that simply doesn’t communicate with its mobile app only to have to end up tossing it aside in favour of a Withings Scanwatch - no there’s a watch and an app Fossil Group could do well to learn from because IT WORKS!
The new app is awful. It doesn’t connect to my watch like the old one did. It doesn’t count my steps correctly. The interface is really poor with ‘exclusive offers’ and ‘turn on notifications’ highlighted before the information you actually use the app for.
Works ok only problem is it keeps sending me a message saying I haven’t open the app for a few days when I’m fact I look at it every morning
Can’t update due to iOS version but can’t use older app version to configure watch!!!
I’ve had my hybrid for over 2 years now and never had any trouble with app - have absolutely LOVED IT. Now, after the latest update, I have to reconnect everyday. I’m writing because today I can’t connect at all! Please fix this issue! Also - the function to see ‘most steps of all time’ is missing!! Please enable this again. Thanks
