Scam with payments inside and promo
App didn’t provide what advertised. The transaction is proceed. Guaranteed service haven’t been provided. No way to reach support.

I have not been able to pay eLoad with my credit card for weeks. Everything is fine with my bank. I always get the message 'payment failed' from GigaLife. I use about 4000 peso every month with my wife and I don't feel like buying load in the shop every time. It is really annoying and we are thinking of buying sim cards from Globe as it works there without any problems.
Yesterday 500php upload
Yesterday 500php upload everything confirmed. Then bought 299php unlimited calls and 2GB and now it’s gone…..where is my money ???
Absolut useless
This is not working on IPhone.
Doesn’t show load or points balance
Always shows 0 for load balance and points. App support link here in the App Store does not work either. Complete lack of care?
Totally useless
Still doesn’t show the load. I tried everything that was suggested. None of the suggestions solved the problem. Three weeks ago, a case number was assigned to my complain. Never got any reply any more.
Useless
This app is a waste of time. The load is not real-time, the data packages are limited to certain video-streaming partners who turn out to be Smart partners. Useless app, garbage network.
Overpriced
The promos are getting more expensive over time.
