App not loading for days now. Keeps throwing error over sms.

Extremely dumb and lazy developer/s who implemented the gigapay system
It asked me to remove card since I already had a maximum of 5 cards. However when i removed one of the cards added, and went through the process of filling again the data, wont let me and said to wait for 24 hours since due to “double payment”. Seriously???? THE PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE YET!!!!!! If you would place an arbitrary limit of 5 on the number of cards for security reasons of which I understand, you should at least show the option where the user can choose on which card to remove after adding the new card if they hit the maximum number of cards. OR you can also give an option to the user not to save the card information in gigapay to avoid hitting the card limit. PS to the developers of this app: you should be forward thinker by trying to anticipate the user’s actions and thinking about the what-if scenarios. Dont be too lazy by slapping a mere error message and call it a day.
SECONDARY NUMBER FOR OTP
I don’t understand why nowhere on the app it allows you to change the secondary number. Also, why tf do you even send OTPs to secondary number and not the primary number?
