Not very intuitive or user friendly. Very difficult to navigate and highly restrictive in its functionality

This app worked just fine before but the newest update isn’t reliable at all. It keeps telling me “taking longer than normal” and never does what I want it to do.

How do I revert back to the app before the latest update? Why take away the slider for the lights option?!

What a ridiculous update. You clearly wasted a working program. Wish i can revert it back to the older version instead. Dimmer’s now only can be set to a few values (0,25,50,75,100) instead of a customized value. What were you thinking when you remove the slider on the dimmer settings? Did i say the UI is not user friendly like the older version? Yes it is. It seems you invented time traveling to backwards and tested on your program to see how much prehistoric can you make it look like.

The latest update removed the sliding feature for adjustable lighting and now locks you to 5 settings (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%). I can no longer dim the lights to any percentage I want, which defeats the whole purpose of adjustable lighting. A/C rarely works as it never really did before the update. They could improve the app by adding back the sliders for adjustable lighting rather than just having the presets I listed above.

Now I see why so many neighbors don’t use the app. It’s a MAJOR security risk, and now takes 8+ attempts to adjust the temp. While “This is taking longer than expected” sits at the bottom of the screen and it keeps reverting to the previous settings. useless.

This device is a God’s sent being disable now I don’t need to get up and answer the door. Or lock 🔒 it behind guest! Family members have the code!😁But if someone is calling me and saying they’re stopping by they just called me at the door and I let them in through my phone! 📱 Also the locking is wonderful too! Not only can I enter with a code, but it is also on the cell phone, thank you very much! And a BIG KUDOS to the smart device!

App crashes too much always have to close out app to get it to work

I loved the app. Then today they changed it. Previously we had full control of the dimmer for lights from 0-100%. Now you can only pick between 0, 25, 50, 75, 100%. I don’t like the new options at all. When I watch movies I like to leave it around 10% and now don’t have that option anymore. Hopefully they will switch the dimmer feature back!

The UI on the newest update is terrible. There’s is no way to go back to the previous layout. Thermostat is not updating too. It needs multiple trial before it starts to update it. I’ve no idea why they wanted to change the UI/layout without adding any new features 🤷🏾
