### *---- "Buggy version 1.7.27.24 ruined my stable setup"
My Q995D soundbar has been stable and good.
AppleTV & BluRay 4K player connected to the hdmi-outlets to the soundbar, ARC to tv.
Has worked flawlessly, also with SmartThings-app for 7 months.
As soon as this SmartThings-software version was downloaded on my phone, it probably initiated an automatic firmware upgrade of the soundbar, and now its buggy as h*ll. Wont route picture or sound, wont connect to WiFi anymore, and no, nothing has changed on my Wifi-setup, I’m in full controll of that.
I’ve suddenly experiencing the very same unstable situation as a lot of others, that have upgraded firmware.
And yes, I’ve tried all variants of power cycles and checked cables and so on….
Will try to factory reset soundbar and downgrade firmware.
@Samsung : This is really bad customer threathment, you should check and test more thoroughly before releasing public versions of software/firmware!

Appen er treig og henger seg opp hele tiden. Får ofte opp feilmelding, og som fjernkontroll på tv’en funker den bare i 1 minutt, før man må lukke og åpne appen på nytt. Always need to be updated even if I have turned on auto update, and can’t use it before it’s updated. So I need to wait 5min before I can use it almost every day.

The rotate TV button is disappearing all the time. So it can’t replace the real remote, unless i want to watch TV vertically.

First of all, it works. But it comes with updates up to multiple times a day, where you can't use the remote before you download the update. It doesn't take that long, but there is no way to skip it. Extremely bad design.

I have a smart house but this app provides me no value. 

Washing machine gets disconnected from the app regularly, and I have to reset it to get it back. I need to calculate how much detergent I pour into the machine or the alerts are useless (so I rely on the machine itself to tell me but I was hoping the app would be proactive so I am not out of when it’s time to refill). 

Cannot add the TV because I cannot find a 6 digit PIN number only a 4 digit number - but I was able to add the TV to Homey (third party) where I can automate routines (control the curtains when I watch TV and the sun is too bright, etc). 

I see no reason for this app at this point, apart from seeing the cost associated with running the appliance, which is a minimal benefit.
