Squarespace: Run your business

Gastei pelo domínio e quando fui criar o site, percebi que entrei numa furada! Não consigo reaver o dinheiro investido.

App é até bom, mas para login é muito complicado. Todas as vezes tem que ficar recriando senha porque o app não reconhece. Muito desgastante! Fora que o app apesar de ser bom ele não é NADA prático, e mesmo que você traduza para português ou qualquer outra língua o aplicativo continua em português, tenho q ficar traduzindo ou tentar adivinhar mesmo. Podem melhorar muita coisa!

I know this isn’t the right place to do this, but it’s impossible to use and to talk with Squarespace. 1. The iPhone app doesn’t do anything, everything I try to do on it requires a computer. 2. I’m always traveling, so sometimes I just have an iPad with me (thar’s basically a computer nowadays), and guess what? I cant manage my website with the iPad app either. 3. Tried to do that by going in Squarespace through safari and guess what again? Is even worst. Too buggy, nothing works properly, I take hours to finish only one basic page because Squarespace.com keeps refreshing all the time, sometimes even made me lost a almost completed page with a stupid error. What is the point to have a website builder in my pocket if I can use it? 4. I sell digital content online and I can’t register digital products with my phone, why? 5. I regret so much to build my website with this platform.

I can’t delete the posts of the older designer who created the template, did everything possible and the posts dont go away. Isn’t this minimalistic platforms shouldn’t be more easy to use? I am definitely disappointed.

Sorry for using this platform to evaluate squarespace. I feel like i need to be heard, so here I am. Squarespace does a lousy job on the customers support. It used to be 24/7 now is a lot less and it is ridiculous when you finally get to chat with customers support. There is no way i can work my design problems around. even with css coding. I have already searched the entire web. No developer seem to have a working code, so my professionally design logo cannot fit both desktop homepage banner nor the mobile homepage banner. The only reason i use a prebuilt site editor is because i am not a developer. So being open minded to learn about css coding makes me a good customer. But squarespace doesn’t have a good product. Run from it! Needless to mention this app is merely for resources and blogging. Don’t waste your time.

The pages keeps auto refreshing or app force stopped by itself

No point in downloading. It never works correctly for me. This was the reason I deleted it years back. I thought things would be fixed and improved but it’s exactly the same. So I to the trash it goes again.

I love squarespace but the mobile app is so glitchy/buggy it’s so annoying to use, sometimes my website won’t show up at all on the app

Pages cancel out and lapse. Features don’t work properly. Frustrating. Wasted 2 hr once because it crashed.

Squarespace is simple to use and learn, beautiful in its design, and effective at creating an internet presence.
