Useless

Inconvenient, tedious, absolutely useless and not worth using

Woeful

Why can’t your stores do basic customer service? Oh that’s right - that’s why I am closing my account because of your poor customer service.

App is so far behind

Tried using the app to buy a new phone using a Macbook. Did not work, so called the hotline. After 40min wait, got someone telling me to use the app on the iphone. Exactly the same problem. So called again, waited again, and I was told somebody will contact me within 24hrs. Welcome to the digital age Starhub. Being slow and useless is not going to facilitate your competitiveness :(

E payment

The e payment system is very good. But the international roaming part is difficult to figure out, and difficult to activate

Not user friendly at all

Seemed to have launched an app for the sake of having an app. But very difficult to navigate, half app/half web store, terrible user experience. In this day and age, very poor.

Data check accurate convenient

Paying bills via app can be done easily

Functional and clean

There are lots of account management apps but this is as good as I have seen in other countries

Honestly such a bad app did not let me log in or create an account and it was just so confusing and wasted a lot of my time!!!

does not work

when i start it just an animation with starhub and nothing. Bad as i need to use it for roaming (i am abroad now and stuck thanks to Starhub)

Delivery and appointments

Delivery and appointment are not updated properly on app. Sms received that delivery is delayed to next day. But app still shows yesterday delivery date and status as processing. If your app is not in sync with your third party courier delivery schedules why even offer an option for delivery and appointment updates and changes on app!!! GET A BETTER PROGRAMMING/TESTING TEAM to update and test your app and quality control it’s function PROPERLY before allowing public to use and rely on it!!!!!
