The app’s design is terrible, most tabs are just of the app bringing up a webpage popup within the app instead something that is built natively into the app. And the most common message I receive for checking any rewards / lucky draws or perks is “something went wrong” The app has been terrible for a long time but sadly there is no sign that StarHub is taking the app seriously to make a change for the better. A good indicator that I should not be spending more money in their services
Not able to book appointment from app
Unable to view anything in all. Whenever I try clicking to view my bills, it says times out and it is across all functions. Please fix your app so ppl can really use it to pay bills or look for important information
Can’t solve payment issues over app. Don’t understand why they insist on handling matters only on app when nothing works and I have to waste my lunch hour on their WhatsApp live chat. TWICE.
Hugely disappointed. Super lag and instruction given not tally with the app option. Customer care is providing wrong instruction.
Please kindly update and improve the quality of your Mobile App. It’s a nightmare to use and navigate and all these pop up ads is killing the user experience. I cannot even activate my travel plans when I need to and need to call in Customer Service. Please help me by helping yourself with the quality of your mobile app

Super ridiculous, previous version is so much better
I missed a single instalment payment and received a text notification saying that I’ve missed it. Went into the app, made the payment and app showed that payment was made. 2 weeks later, I received a notification saying no payment was received and my plan was terminated. With StarHub demanding a payment of $1200 immediately. Feedback to live chat, CS just brushed aside and say they can’t do anything. Just make the payment. I told them that all was glitchy and from what the app said, payment was cleared. CS had the audacity to tell me that no one complained about any app glitch. Check out the reviews on this app to see the number of complains about the StarHub app. And funnily enough, here I am on live chat telling their CS it was a glitch. CS just turned off the live chat without any resolution. Definitely switching my service and not using StarHub any further. Was the best telco back in the day, after 16 years with them. I will Definitely end any relationship with them.
