App crashes after update
The new updated app crashes on my iPhone, tried multiple times but doesn’t work at all. Very disappointed.

What a farce or an app, i should have shifted to circleslife
Tens of bugs, erratic app experience, seriously poor customer call service. I’ve been trying to call since the last 15 mins, finally connected to an agent but the call dropped (guess whose network I’m on) and she never called back. That is the service you get from Starhub. So poor.

No use for talk time management
Talk time balance and consumed timing not updating on time So very difficult to manage talk time it leads to unexpected bill amounts
No Choice
Terrible app. Very unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Services and packages are too difficult to figure out and customise to ones requirement. The only thing worse is their customer service on phone. Please improve!
Worst app ever
1 star is the only option i have to rate this app, but it is already pretty generous rating. It actually deserves lower rating than 1. I cant understand why such a big telco like starhub could have this horribly built app. Please hire the right developers to build the app. Words just cant describe how stressed I was to use the app for the first time to the point i had to uninstall it. Lousy app, stay clear!

Did anyone test this stupid app???? I am trying to update my address but this app is behaving so stupid... Waste of money on Starhub
Account Information
This Apps is very good in prompting the prepaid mobile account informations and very easy to purchase data plans. Expect the online TOP up from credit card to be linked with this app.
Poor App
Needs to make lot changes in order to perform better and faster.
