Stitch Fix - Personal Styling

I have had really good luck with outfits for work. I enjoy the “surprise” of unboxing the choices and very seldom return. The kids boxes are always a hit with my very fabric sensitive child who likes soft clothes but still likes to look cute and playful.

They keep giving me clothes for an old lady. I’m a stylish 40 year old. I would like fresh updated style.

Why?

Service is terrible, stylists are incompetent. Prices are enough for trumps lawyer to throw away. Just no. I can find better on TEMU of all places.

The company has zero full time stylists now, which I’ve learned from the SFStylistSupport reddit page means the part timers are constantly ridiculed and obviously do not receive any benefits. It seems like the company is trying to shift to AI and isn’t loyal to its employees. That’s a huge red flag to me as a customer, and it’s a shame because I used to love Stitch Fix. Employee satisfaction is significant when it comes to where I’m spending my money, and Stitch Fix is falling apart from the inside. The inventory seems to be very repetitive and the prices just keep getting higher. The app was great a few years ago, but now it’s seemingly trying to be more minimalistic and boring. Quality has decreased in clothing, stylists, and the app.

Which is now illegal in CA. Get your stuff together. They sent me another box after I cancelled and charged me $20. I haven’t reviewed anything online for 10 years this is the worst customer experience I’ve had in ages.

Allows the Buyer to select new styles to building a wardrobe.

I got logged out of my account and cannot sign back in despite requesting password help, I’ve sent multiple emails to them and they’ve not yet responded.

This is the best place to get clothes. I love it so much I never want to go shop anywhere else!!

Stitch Fix is a great way to step outside your comfort zone and incorporate variety in your wardrobe. The stylists are knowledgeable and considerate of insecurities and they are key to selecting items that make you look and feel great!
