I love Soma products, but strongly recommend you use the website instead of this app. The app prices are sometimes wrong—but you won’t know it until you go to checkout and realize that the sales price shown on the product page doesn’t show up in the total calculated in the shopping cart. I’m not sure if the app shows outdated pricing or if it’s just wrong—but it’s super frustrating. (Current example—panties show up as 5/$15 on product page, but the price for 5 in the cart is $32.50.)

I have purchased two bras already and love them! Can’t wait get my current order! New style this time.

I love Soma. I have been shopping there for years and I wouldn’t buy a pair of panties or a bra from anywhere else. There quality is the best. They also have the best pajamas. They are so soft & cozy.

The app freezes a lot. It also doesn’t transition quickly between pages.

The app is frequently slow, or downright unresponsive. I’m trying to contact via live chat option and nothing is happening when it is clicked. Called and was on hold for almost ten minutes, and am now supposed to get a call back- we’ll see. Frustrating bc I’m trying to contact Soma regarding your price adjustment policy and very conveniently for Soma I am not getting through.

The amount of glitches I experienced when trying to place an order were too numerous to count. I actually thought about ordering from a different company because of it.

Slow!!

I’ve been shopping Soma for at least 10 years. I still have nightgowns from when I first ordered. It’s quality, it lasts forever and it always fits properly. What can more can you ask from my clothing manufacturer? Not to mention the rewards program makes it worth it to keep my panty drawer and bra drawer well stocked. Thanks SOMA!!
