Ordered 2 small tops, they said its dispatched waiting a MONTH AND A HALF nothing. Not one email saying sorry for delay nothing. So I downloaded the app as the website was terrible buttons werent working ect.I finally get some one to talk to other than a bot and they say my order is lost and they will refund it .After almost 2 months they tell me this. Terrible customer service DONT RECOMMEND
Beautiful clothes and boots
I've bought items online, more than one month after, my items was still in transit. I sent an email about my items and they just cancel my order. Shame!
Rubbish I have no words
When i was ordering it was very frustrating it kept saying i needed a house number or street number which i don’t have. so i couldn’t order off it very disappointed
Terrible experience trying to check out. Wouldn’t let order go through as it’s “item is out of stock” but wouldn’t advise which items. Original planned to buy 8 items but in the end only purchase 2. You lost on the sale due to this as I decided to pick the items I really wanted and scrap the rest
I love the clothes but my shopping cart and favourites randomly get clear and it’s just annoying. Everytime I have to go search through for something I want again.
No idea if my order is confirmed, kept saying this service cannot be carried out so I tried many times, kept failing, but seems to have taken the money out of my account 4 times
Few weeks ago I ordered a brown hoodie-when I received it, they sent me a random skirt that I didn’t order! Took ages to get my refund and I was unable to buy the hoodie I wanted because then it was out of stock. Now I’ve just ordered a top, they took my payment and said it was on its way to get shipped out and then they just send me an email saying my order has been cancelled because it’s out of stock🤨 really bad app to buy from wouldn’t recommend it’s a joke.
So I ordered the seamless leggings and top and when I got my order there was the leggings and a random brown cardigan which I never even looked at so then I texted the agent people and they weren’t very helpful all they said was I should send an email, so I’d did and it’s been over 24 hours with no response
