This app is very good but something cost money, but if you’re OK with costing a little bit money, then this app would be great for you
Je ne rédige pas d’avis normalement mais c’était nécessaire pour cette appli! Je souffre d’anxiété généraliser et le soir avant de dormir c’est le plus pire. Il y a des trucs payant mais aussi il y en a de gratuit. Moi j’utilise la version gratuite et je trouve que c’est suffisant pour moi. Il y a un journal quotidien, un aide à la respiration, de la visualisation et des musiques pour le sommeil. Il y a aussi des leçons pour comprendre l’anxiété ce que je trouve géniale! Une des meilleures applis pour l’anxiété!

Could give more options for sounds also different ways to distract yourself from anxiety an panic attacks
So far I’m really liking this app, I have been dealing with anxiety disorders for about 8 years now and realized I’ve been backsliding a bit on my mental health “toolkit” of techniques as I’ve grown older, so I have been giving a few of these apps a try. I like a lot about it so far I think my suggestion would be to remove some of the “anxiety can be fully healed” and “reverse the cycle” in the learning sections, as for people like me with anxiety disorders I have been told over and over again by therapists and psychologists that anxiety will never truly go away or be “healed”. It’s more of a chronic pain (which I also have to live with) that will ebb and flow over time and may feel like it’s gone away or gotten better with treatments like meds, therapy, exercises etc. but for many people anxiety will always be a part of their brain and life. I wasn’t going to write about this but I think it would help to have language that’s less black or white in terms of healing, as every brain and level of anxiety / panic are different. Thank you for the panic button and free content, I hope and believe it will help me in my next spiral.
