I love these workouts but the app has A LOT of bugs (bringing you somewhere else when you click on something, “back” button bringing you all the way to the beginning of the entire workout, etc)

I wish I could find another app that was like the previous version. This new version is just like any other workout app out there. Once the workout is started you have to go in order. You cant swap workouts once the entire workout has began. Im not psychic and cant predict what equipment will be in use or available before I workout. I would pay triple to have the old app. I liked the old app soooooooo much better. I will say the appearance of the app is nice but thats not what I use a workout app for.
It doesn’t have an option to save what you’ve eaten today or save your food progress? You use to have to pick meals and it would give you a shopping list. So I think you have to write all that down separately or maybe I couldn’t figure it out but I had to cancel it already
The app used to be better. I liked being able to go out of order based on the equipment available in the gym. I love using this app and the training plan, but I don’t love the changes. Additionally, I had to mute the timer because it makes my music drop in volume and will randomly go back to normal. Again. I like this app, but improvements can be made.
I've been trying to reset my password for a few months now, and I'm getting an error at the end to get the email. It is impossible to contact support because it asks for authorization. I paid for several months for nothing, because the problem was never solved
I am a personal trainer full time and I spend most of my time creating workouts and classes for others. I joined this app for a fun challenge in January and the transformation has blown me away!! The community and accountability are top tier and the workouts are so fun!! There are so many options for workouts and classes both at home and in the gym. It allows me to show up and let someone else take the lead. The has brought me greater consistency in my workouts and I’m seeing better results. This app is a game changer even for those of us who spend our time in the gym already. My muscle mass is up and my body fat is down. I’m a huge fan!! 10/10
This app is very easy to follow, great for all fitness levels. I like the variety of training styles and the different coaching styles. I also enjoyed the challenges! Very recommended.

STRNG App is the best workout app I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried VShred app, MyWorkout+, and different other apps that I don’t remember the names now. Facts: • You can schedule your workout plan either from the guided workouts or the custom workouts. • Tracking your workout is easy, and if you want to make sure you are ready to lift heavier weights, you can look into your logged workout right there on the exercise in the history tab. • Workouts are designed to target different muscle groups so you won’t miss any of them. • If you choose to work with the guided plans, every trainer has their own style and you’ll be benefited from everyone style. • If you are not sure what trainer to pick for your guided workout plan, the challenges are a good way to try them all! • This app is worth to pay! You won’t regret it!
