More annoying than helpful
Workouts are ok, but the app is terrible.
If you start a workout, log your reps and block the screen, it is highly likely the app will refresh and reset your progress, making you have to submit everything again.
This is the app I used when I first started working out last year and it was much better back then.

First app that had me committed to a routine!
Congrats to the team for this brilliant app. I have tried a handful of apps in the past, but this one tops them all! The combination of a fitness plan and a meal plan is truly amazing. I have never felt so committed to a fitness routine before, and it’s all thanks to this app. He exercises are challenging but achievable, and the meal plan is delicious and easy to follow. The interface is user-friendly, and the app provides a lot of helpful tips and guidance. I have already seen results in one month and I feel confident that I will reach my fitness goals with this app. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness and nutrition.

The best app that I used! The exercices are structured so as not to repeat itsealf, they are changing every 5 weeks so the muscle doesn’t have time to use with it! Just the best! Glad that I found it!

This app is absolutely amazing! Love it, love it, love it!
So easy to use, user friendly, workouts are are amazing and the fact that you can switch exercises it’s just incredible. You have the possibility to enter the no of reps and how much weight you used and keep the track of your historical data. Besides this, the demo videos and the instructions are a plus.
Last but not least, incredible and delicious recipes. Easy to make, super tasty and the app gives you the possibility to switch meals, to choose vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian or standard which is great. Also, for each meal you have the macronutrients calculated.

The new app ruined the experience
I was going to write a long review but then read everyone else’s recently, and seems theres no need. I completely agree with every feedback given on the new version of the app. Inability to switch exercises mid workout, forces u to do exercises in the apps specific order, videos for exercises cant be accessed by the little video thumbnail anymore, rest time forces u to stay on that page, inactivity locks the phone and timer stops….just bad. Im also reading your responses to people. I have the latest version of the app, and I dont know if speaking with you will make the experience better, people just want the old app back. Myself included.
Its such a shame cuz i loved it so much and saw so much progress. Now i just hate it, it frustrates me. i just close it and keep track in my head. Thats annoying. Please revert it back if theres any chance. People dont care for the pretty UI, they care for UX, and this update completely botched that.
Glitches - UGH 😡
This app glitches so much that my workouts are extremely stressful. When I try to advance to a new exercise the app will return me to the beginning of the workout erasing all that I’ve logged, stick on the first set of the exercise I’m currently on, or take me to a different exercise out of the prescribed order. I have tried to get help thru the app’s email support. I receive the same message (several days after each request) to log out/in, delete and re-add the app, try app on different phone / iPad etc. I’ve never gotten a response from a human it seems. Just same tips. I have done each of those things multiple times. No luck. I requested a refund since I have never had clean app functionality, and, of course, crickets.
Love the Concept, a Bit Buggy
App is perfect for beginners who are fresh at the gym and for those who have no idea what to meal prep thru the week. I love the variety of workouts, and the videos that show you how to do them.
I believe the app could use a section for cool-down stretches, as flexibility is important and speeds recovery. I also think the app could use written instructions, such as posture and position.
The app is a little buggy when it comes to workout scheduling, the rest timer, and the active guides. Workout scheduling for the guides doesn’t stay how I set the schedule, and it never shows that I’ve completed the workout (AKA, Saves my progress). The rest timer hardly reflects what it recommends, so you have to set it yourself (minor thing, just thought I’d point it out). The active guides (I’m working the hourglass one) never shows active and it stays at “not started”, and I have to click through the exercises to pick the one I’ve not done yet.
Overall, this app has GREAT potiential, and it’s lightened the load on running around the gym. It gives me something to focus on, and new foods to try. I enjoy workout breakdowns and scheduling and the recent updates to the app.
