I ordered propane in Nov and I did receive it. I got a call to let me know that my card was denied .. ( I explain what happened that someone hacked my card and I had to get another one) I gave my new card number and everything was good again. I ordered propane in January and the lady that I was talking too, told me that I was on automatic fill up..I Question her because when we started out with surperior propane we did have automatic fill up but it was discontinue.. she assured me that we were on automatic fill up an i didn’t need to call back to request any propane. When my tank started to go down and no one showed up to fill my tank, I decide to call and order propane.. I explain to the lady what the First Lady had said to me and she checked my account and told me that we were not on automatic fill up. the lady that I spoke with took my order and I was send a notification that I would receive my propane on or before Feb 7 2024. My Husband called back to see if there was anyway possible that we could get it earlier because our tank was getting very low. She said she would check it out and get back to us but we have yet to receive a call. We did get a notification to let us know that there would be a delay in receiving our propane. Here it is Feb 12 and still no propane. We called again to day and now we are told it looks like it might be Friday, Feb 16. Before we receive our propane! This is the first time we have ever had any problems receiving our propane.. I sure hope this service can be fixed. Thank you

The app makes managing your cabins propane levels very easy. When you are away for a period of time you still know if there is enough remaining.

Easy to use. Let’s me know how much propane I have. Advises me when delivery will be made. Shows me my invoice. Can’t say enough about this app.
