Can’t even register with the health ID ,not even with my id#

Surest’s main thing is getting up front costs when you find a doctor through the app. Search function returns irrelevant information most of the time, and sometimes just doesn’t load at all and/or makes the app crash. For example, I was looking for an internal medicine doctor but was getting all sorts of results for specialty doctors like rheumatology??? I eventually found 2 doctors on the app I was interested in, but all their contact information in Surest’s app was wrong. All around horrible user experience for an app that’s supposed to be the center focal point of their entire business.

I am new to Surest but trying to navigate the app has been super frustrating. It keeps freezing and I have to close it, it then logs me out and I have to log back in. Using it is a headache. Surest claims to be a UHC PPO network but in reviewing their coverage…not much is covered. I previously had UHC and this coverage is nothing like it! Everything covered in the UHC Choice PPO is NOT covered by Surest. Meaning I have to change my medical care and prescriptions. I am very sad this is the provider that my employer chooses.

Ever since you have to have a health safe ID to sign in, I’m not able to. Mind you I made an ID before the deadline and I have the information saved. When I auto fill my information, it prompts me to register because I can’t sign in. When I type in my member if or Social Security number to register, it prompts me to sign in because I can’t register. It doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website. Literally in a loop.

If you don’t do what you need to do right after you open the app, forget about it. If your screen turns off while the app is open, it won’t let you do anything, you have to reopen the app and login again.

App doesn't allow me to verify my account, when I input my phone number it gives an error message. Please fix.

They steer you toward the worst doctors in the region. Doctor information is always outdated and wrong. Pricing is wrong. This app is worthless.

I spent a long time with a phone specialist. Not able to use the app. I need to sign on to my plan using a desktop which is inconvenient when one needs to look for health providers when out on the road.

I've been attempting to find a pcp for weeks and several on the list shows in network but is not in network when I call their office. It's time consuming and frustrating when I need to establish care urgently

This app is horrible. I can log in on a computer but then the app does not recognize my login information and so I never have access to my benefits when I need it. Absolutely horrible.
