Recently a lot of connectivity problems
The headline says it all. For a couple of months the connection has become unreliable, though mostly the internet connection is blocked and in that way no other harm is done. Usability wise it is still absolutely terrible. Mostly the social media apps don’t open properly or the websites don’t open. Have to go to the vpn and manually adjust it. For years this vpn has been my favorite, but now I am starting to loose my trust for it. And I still have a year left on the subscription.

I almost got hacked but then I used it the hacker was gone
False marketing
This app is fraud. It works badly and you wont get the moneyback guarantee. I highly recommend not to install this app
Does not work in China (Beijing) , September 2023
Went to China for three weeks, brought three VPN’s with me. Surfshark was one of the two VPN’s which did not work for me over there. Not even a single time.

В России проработал 2-3 месяца, по крайней мере у меня. Поддержка только и может отправлять гайды по ручной настройке, которые не помогают. Заплатил за воздух, деньги не возвращают, а оплачено на 2 года вперёд. Худший VPN. Не рекомендую. Выбирайте другой с умом.

Valitsen minkä tahansa maan sijainnikseni ja menen sen jälkeen esim. amerikkalaisille sivuille niin ne tunnistavat minun olevan suomesta. Mitä turvaa tällainen vpn antaa? Roskis kamaa ja rahat hukkaan heitetty.

Its just a scam cant even make an account and needs your bank card info before even being able to make an account

Don’t bye this app, it might work sometimes but most of the times it doesn’t change your IP address, so you can’t use any program out side of your home country
