Non stop issues, it never works as advertised. Slow speeds. Dismal support. Full of useless bloatware and no where near functional 24/7. I definitely don’t see the number of servers claimed. Constant problems with accessing streams on Prime, YouTube and more. Just awful all around. But bonus use aa many devices as you like 🥴
It works great.
The only issue I have is my Amazon app doesn’t like the vpn.
Still having some popups.
Surfshark is fast and reliable. We love it!!
Used to work perfectly. In the last week or so it has stopped connecting. Changed the options and it still doesn’t work. Same on iOS, macOS, iPadOS.
Gets to 97% and won’t go further. Or it gets to 3% and just loops in connecting / disconnecting. Really with I had stayed with NordVPN (though the same company owns both)
It’s extremely annoying how the app doesn’t auto update on WiFi when auto connected, and does not auto update over mobile data when not. Then the updates stop the VPN from working altogether. That’s the only issue, but it kinda ruins it some days
I really looked forward to getting this VPN after finishing my sub with IPVanish. The day after subscribing to SurfShark, I see 3 charges via Uber Eats, in the Netherlands (according to PayPal. I’m in the US by the way). I cancelled my card to avoid any further charges. Contacted Surfshark and the rep via chat tells me it’s impossible that it happened on their end. I do not have and have not used Uber Eats. Surfshark is based in the Netherlands - I see it as more than a coincidence and expected a more in-depth look into the case and to not just be dismissed and told that it’s ‘impossible’ my info was compromised on their end. Very disappointed.
So far, so good!
