Fail to work in China
Been using it for a couple of months before having problem recently. Can't manage to access help page as Safari browser also need vpn access. Please help to fix this ASAP.

7days free trial very smooth, after 3 days annual fee paid, none of the server can be connected.
Sneaky auto renewal UI
After auto renewal is disabled, every time opening the app there's the renewal popup with a big button, each time! Instinctively you'd click the button the close the popup not realizing it's auto renewal. To disable auto renewal is almost impossible to find. It's extremely sneaky

This is one VPN I use of my TV car phone u tablet desktop and notebook PC all for just one subscription. And it is very fast. No regrets choosing Surf Shark
compulsory renewal
I was charged even though I canceled right after subscribing last year. They revamped the website so that you can only cancel auto-renewal via live chat. What's worse, there's no option to remove your credit card. Just be aware of this.
