Had seen others using this, so I used it for a really important survey for my business. Before making the survey, i saw no indication that I would need to pay to see the results. Now I am unable to view the hundreds of results to my survey without paying $150 a month Which is way too much for an app I will probably never use again 😭 Heartbroken

I was going to add the app to be able to create on the go but trying to login or even signing up was impossible due to the app crashing. So I will go back to using the free google forms on my pc that I can have as many people respond as I like, as well as design the layout to make it look great without being limited by choice or having to pay for the additional features. 🐵💥💣

Title says it all. This happened after subscription. Prior to that worked ok.

Beware. Signed up & used this app for over a year under their no cost policy for under 40 responses to help people book into dances being held. They have tightened restrictions regularly over time but last week got a notice that they are reducing number of responses to 10 from 1/1/23 & I need to pay hundreds $ to keep using. There is no ‘cheap’ rate for tiny users. Sad, but my little part time business certainly can’t afford that massive cost. A few days later & my 2 active surveys are now effectively shut down without notice 2 weeks BEFORE the stated new date. I now have alerts to tell me people are coming to my Christmas dance, I’ve come down with COVID & have had to cancel the event. The only way I can see who has booked is to pay their blackmail demands.

Downloaded on phone and iPad - crashes at logging in phase on both devises. Useless

Since I upgraded to IOS 15.4 the app will not open on either phone or iPad - what is the problem

It didn’t tell me that I needed to pay for more than 40 responses before I started, so now my survey has 257 responses and I can only see 40 unless I pay $160!

I was charged $420aud for receieving over 1000 votes... had no idea there was a limit. An absolute rip off for a $99aud service per month! How is a survey helpful with under 1000 votes in most cases anyway... at $99 a month?! Terrible. Will tell colleagues and friends to avoid.

Was good but just stopped working for myself and work partner... Convenient way to check Surveys if it was working... have uninstalled reinstalled no go! 😒
