After resetting password using their tool, unable to log-in despite multiple password resets. My account is now inaccessible.

Pls Fix this im having trouble trying to use this app whenever i try to sign in at first its ok but then the next day it completely sign out and when i go sign in again its says “Error”

Awesome, Easy to Use
This has been a great tool to use for team surveys. Simple, easy UI. Free for my needs. Can’t beat it.
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app and spent 20 minutes creating a survey. When completed I attempted to send the survey out. However, the app required me to verify my email. I never received a verification email, and when I requested to resend the verification email the app reported an error. So I just wasted about a half hour on this worthless app.

I basically can’t do anything on the app for iPhone. I can only use this on a desktop which is unhelpful. There are so many glitches. It won’t send a verification email. I can’t edit and save questions. It’s useless on the app. Please fix it.
