Not worth the money or time
The features are not worth the money they want.

I love creating surveys with this platform. It makes the process hassle free!
No Viable Free Option, or Affordable short term option
$99 to send a 10 question survey to 12 people. Outrageous. The free version doesn’t include long form text answers, or ranked answers, and the cheapest monthly plan is $99/month. Particularly upset because this was not made clear at the outset, and I lost an afternoon designing a survey that I can’t use.
Ambushed by a massive pay wall
You can’t see your data with pay $100 bucks.
Can’t Edit A New Survey
Made a survey from a template, but when trying to change the template question options, I only get a “something went wrong” message. Closing out the app and restarting doesn’t help. On to another survey app I guess.
Horrible customer service
I have canceled my subscription four years in a row!! They keep charging me. I have tried everything. Do not use this service.

The UI is good but no good payment options for one time users and monthly subscription is way too costly. There are free options available. I don’t recommend this platform.
