T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM

Consegui instalar o eSIM ainda no Brasil. Como primeiro passo escolhi um zip code da região para onde vou nos EUA. Escolhi o plano de U$ 40,00. No final dos dados onde faço o pagamento pelo cartão pede o código de endereço mas não cabe o nosso CEP então deixei parcial sem os últimos dígitos e deu certo.

Paguei o plano de 60 dólares, comprei o esim, não me mandaram o QR code e falaram que não estavam encontrando os meus dados. Infelizmente. Perdi o meu dinheiro e estou tentando reembolso.

Terrible experience . Showing “ Oops something is wrong” is the worst message possible; nothing actionable (or useful, for that matter) there. I can’t pass the first page after entering my email; this annoying error message is all I get.

I tried to get the highest plan for ZIP code 10019 and got the "no numbers available in your area" error. Then tried ZIP code 07302 and proceeded to payment. Card number invalid, security code invalid, my country's 8-digit billing ZIP code is not accepted, all sorts of errors. So much for arriving to the US connected to a 5G network... I miss the good old times when I could refill my SIM card once a year through the T-Mo site.

It does not go to the second screen. It remains all empty and white.

I was able to get a prepaid number with data even before leaving my home country.

I followed all the steps in purchasing the eSIM, however after I put my credit card information, there was a message saying that there was an issue with my purchase, so I shut the app. Few seconds later, the purchase was approved in my CC but I haven’t received any email or confirmation that my eSIM was actually purchased. I need either to receive the eSIM or have it refunded to the credit card.

After i’ve putted my card info, there was an error and the app took me to the beginning again. The charged o my card but i neve received the QR code.
