a service mainly for tourists , can’t be bought with foreign card. INSANE!

I tried with both visa and MasterCard and although these cards are with absolute no issue accepted by many other US providers/services, T-Mobile is not accepting those. You are proving a service with these e-sims mainly for people traveling to US from abroad and you don’t recognize their cards in order to get paid. After I called you, you mentioned it is known issue and it will be resolved in the near future. I see a similar message from one year ago. How acceptable is that ? Thank you T-Mobile that you let me go and choose another provider.

Slowest internet on the planet

Started to open an account with them but changed my mind because of how extremely high the service plus the merchandise was however when I went back to the T-Mobile with all the merchandise to return they would not take it. Now they want to charge me $1,400 dollars for a service and equipment I absolutely never use. Now it’s lowered my credit score by 80 points and I had outstanding credits! Always paying my bills on time and everything. Totally unfair!

I’ve had Verizon, Att, and Sprint in the past and can say the service with T-Mobile has been great. The app works good as well.

App doesn’t work. Takes you through a whirlwind of sales products. Total waste of time.
