App works well but an automatic feature is needed I would like to automatically retract awnings daily to avoid leaving deployed unattended

Somfy used to be so good, now they are rubbish, not very user friendly and not smart at all! I can’t believe they do not have a remote control that can control more than 4 blinds, it’s a joke

It’s an extremely fundamental app that seems to need regular resetting

App works well at controlling our smart blinds, but takes 30+ seconds to open. I wish we had more physical remotes so I didn't have to wait for the app to open...

App keeps faulting, says blinds are open when they are closed. Updated app and logged out and back in. Only lasted 2 days before crashing again. Can’t stop blinds while opening or closing.

I don’t want to be asked continuously by this app to rate it. Please change that feature so that it doesn’t come up every day without fail.

The recent update limited time delays of dawn and twilight is limited to 15, 30 and 45min. It used to allow 1, 2 and 3 hours. This is not helpful and as well the thermal comfort set up no longer have the dawn/twilight within with delays. I appreciate the return of the old format.

No Battery status information anywhere in the app or in the blind information

Completely unintuitive and a poor integration between hardware and software. Like a glorified webpage in a frame. Clearly not built to handle both simple and complex setups, it ends up not working well for either.

There are too many notifications pop up when opening the app. Can you please limit them?
