This all started as a comment that led to a community that led to a simple but powerful productivity app.
TaskTree allows you to create tasks with icons, time, durations, frequencies, and dates. You sort those into Lists which can be 7 different colors and 3 unique layouts. You can place your Lists into Tabs as well.
Widgets pull data from different lists and fit amongst them. There’s a customizable Pomodoro timer, a mood tracker that compares your mood to your task completions, a incremental tracker, a sticky notepad, and an auto-generated single-day calendar! Oh, btw, those can all be the same 7 colors and have 3 unique layouts as well.
We’re just getting started and have a long roadmap that we’re excited to implement! Join the RadCollab community on TikTok @_radcollab.

Great concept but the app crashes all the time
The app itself it great and super helpful. I love marking items as complete and it helps to organize my day. However it freezes and crashes all the time which is very frustrating. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend getting hooked on this app because it takes a lot of time and energy to try to get it going some days
amazing idea
^^
Overall very good, a few suggestions
Love the app! It’s very versatile. 2 things: 1) I would love if you made a desktop version also available so that I can sync reminders and lists between my phone and computer. 2) When searching up icons, the words you search don’t appear to affect the icons that are shown. For example I searched “cat” and it refreshed the icons but the cat one was many rows down, not first like I’d expect. It makes finding specific icons very difficult. Otherwise I very much enjoy the app.
Great concept, super buggy.
I love the way this app was created, prioritizing consumers wants/needs, and I appreciate the lack of paywalls and ads (but they let you watch ads/donate to support) but the app is seriously bugged.
When I first downloaded it, it ran smoothly, reminding me at the right times, but then I started getting the notifications later, to the point where I straight up just have to ask my partner to remind me to take my meds in the morning because the app was sending it to me mid-afternoon. I checked the time it was set to remind me in the app, and it was correct, and my settings on my phone are set to my timezone, so my guess is the app is just set to UTC or something? But there’s no way to change that as far as I can tell.
It was also sending me reminders in notification batches of 4-6, all for the same task. Just “take your meds!” 6 times in a row, several hours after I’m supposed to take my meds. Super annoying to have that take over my screen.
Then, about a week and a bit ago, it just. Stopped sending notifications. I still have scheduled reminders in there, and the only thing that changed was I turned off badge notifications (because it was displaying 1 notification, even when there were none, and it was bugging the hell out of me), but every other notification setting is turned on, both in-app settings and device settings. Pretty much negates the whole point of a reminders app. This is where it goes from 3 stars to 2 stars for me.
There’s also a bunch of UI issues for dark mode (not sure about light mode) where some buttons just don’t show up, some text won’t display, etc. leading to just educated guess-tapping in the general direction of the button you wanna hit. Frustrating.
Additionally, the monthly reminders seem to operate on an entirely different system. Reminders set for weeks in the future won’t be labelled as “future” and show up in the same list as today’s to-dos, which isn’t helpful when one of those reminders is to pay your rent or go grocery shopping or book a flight or what have you. Then, once you get to that date, and check it off, it shows up again the next day with the little late symbol next to it.
I wanna love this app so bad, I really do, but it’s barely functional as a reminders app right now. It’s a half-functional checklist, which is pretty much all I use it for currently. All it needs is bug fixes to be an amazing app, but there’ve been app updates since I first started reporting bugs, and it’s only getting worse.
All in
smaller phones
I got this app today and I absolutely love it! The only problem for me is that I have an iPhone 8, which has a smaller screen, so everything is a bit cramped and overlapped. Besides that, it’s an absolutely amazing app! All my lists are in one place, and it’s so fast and easy to use
Constantly evolving. In a good way.
I have used a lot of task apps, I must admit probably too many. What I really enjoy about this app is that there are options but it is not overwhelming and there are active updates based on feedback.
Amazing!
Absolutely amazing app, the creators work so hard and are very engaged on social media. 100% recommend, it is free and they take donations!
Fantastic Tool
I have watched the process of this app being made, and I have been blown away time after time by the fantastic community orientated team. They listen to suggestions and actively implement them, and as a added bonus everything is free, but you can donate if you want.
Overall 10/10. This app has helped me plan and manage my day to day life, and I love how much detail&organization you can put into each section.
Best productivity app. EVER!!!
I was following RadCollab on Tiktok, and knowing they based their products exactly on what the consumer wanted, no frills, no nothing, just makes me so inclined to support them!
Let’s talk about the app layout!
When you first download the app, it opens to a voiced video tutorial (great for accessibility) you can have as many tabs as you want (no paying for a certain limit), and you can plan every tab and category easily (with options of 6+ colours AND so many choices of icons to help you visualize your tasks). When you complete a task, there’s confettis lighting up the screen (need I say more?)
Overall, the app is amazing. I really appreciate to not have to pay for features (you can still donate to support, or watch ads to support). I also love how clean the whole layout is, I can’t wait to see what RadCollab has in store!
