TeamViewer Remote Control

Won’t connect and says unknown reason. Downloaded the support app and have the same problem. Can’t seem to contact any form of support team.

I have a paid business subscription. Trying to login from app installed on iPhone to deal with an issue urgently. No success!! App asking to subscribe. Repeat … I already subscribe. Very frustrating!! Peter

I love TeamViewer as I’m over seas so I can help my elderly mother use her pc if she has any issue. I’ve been using it for over 10 years and never had any issues. Thank you for a great app!

Have to log into account every time now instead of just opening icon then connecting to remote computer. Plus can’t remember email or password on there so have to type in every time. Can’t log in from iPads or iPhone anymore

Advertised as free for personal use but after a while won’t let you use it without upgrading, will be switching to anydesk.

Don’t expect to get anyone to help you when things don’t work, or when you can’t navigate their console. And if you want more than 3 devices get your money ready!

Only paid version, free version is removed

Please cancel the subscription submitted today 23 Feb 24, as I was hacked by an Indian scammer. I have already notified my Australian bank…the Commonwealth Bank😳on the fraudulent activity! Cheers Phil

Found a strange issue where connecting to a Remote Desktop while using Bluetooth audio (something I do often while I’m working) it stops all sound, even if I turn sound off on the remote pc, then after disconnecting, Bluetooth audio quality will sound terrible until Bluetooth is turned off and on and the device reconnected to. Replicated issue with multiple audio sources.
