LOVE TASHA
I am 40 and had two c sections. Over the years I have been more of a running and heavy weights type person but as you get older I think you need to work on all the little muscles. My body is in the best shape it has been in. I love Tasha’s workouts because they are calming and also hardcore at times. I always come away feeling good and ready for the day. No distracting people in the background and clear instructions. Helps that Tasha is gorgeous also. So glad I found this- I’m never leaving.
