these workouts are everything (and everything else is just ken!). i was looking for such a platform for ages. beautifully made up, easy to navigate, so much to offer - from cycle syncing to different equipment. Tasha‘s queuing is fantastic and I am just excited to try something new every day ! Movement is no longer a „should do“ and „must“ but a hobby ! P.S. I wish I could create my own playlists perhaps, but this doesn’t take away from the enjoyment.
Tasha is the best Pilates instructor in the game. The workouts are challenging, fun, and sweaty. 12/10 recommend!

I don’t know how she does it, but it’s just the best way of working out for me. Energetic, soothing, stretching, working all the muscles! My best way to feel good
I was looking for a program with someone I enjoy listening to while I workout. Also she gives good input while doing certain positions which for me is important. For me it's important breath work is included in any wellness program. There is also a lack of perfection in her videos which makes it more human overall. I get quick results with Pilates without too much effort, keeping it simple.
