Every time I checked in using the app, it did not show up; instead, it requested me to complete a pending check in.

New version of this app is fast and have multiple options for users.

Continuously showing error only. Cannot book flight with this rough app and had to choose website after so what is point of app.

I had a opened ticket I told them to give full refund or keep my ticket as it is but they are so clever they canceled my ticket and give me only 5% of the total value, I requested them I’m a student if you can’t refund full amount please don’t cancel my ticket keep that ticket as it is, but no buddy understood me, they forcefully give refund so that they can engulf my rest of the money. Anyway don’t prefer to travel in this airline. It’s my suggestion to you all guys.

Bad app. It has a bug and doesn’t work. There’s a captcha of some sort with an overlay of booking in progress message so nowhere can be clicked to exit and app gets stuck.

You people are not refunding my money to the agent goibibo from last 3 months and when I asked your employees ,they say that Thai airways is going through a bankrupcy notice.What's my mistake in this as I have purchased a refundable ticket and you should refund the money to the agent. Pathetic behaviour!!!!!!!

Very fast and easy app

Smooth app, easy to manage

The app is a nice idea, but please remove all the bugs which are still included. E.g. booking reference number + name cannot be found, but the corresponding error message is empty; app informs via push message that the flight is ready for check-in, but the check-in still is not open.

Wasted a lot of time trying to make the app work for booking a flight. Gave up.
