So awful for this idiot airlines, refused and denied to issue my parent’s boarding passes. Threaten and force the passenger to purchase their airline return flight otherwise don’t issue our boarding passes. What a shame on this desperate airline . As a frequent flyer, first-ever encountered this ridiculous reason denied our boarding. Shame on you “Thai Airways”, definately will not choose this airlines . Stay away from this airline , use it as your own risks.

So disappointed with this app, login is with Royal Orchid ID instead of email address and there is no option to recall the ID. Only have reset password. Pls provide solution asap as I need book ticket ASAP to join family member for coming trip.

Kindly fix it! Why it seems the updated version is not linked to the old one? The worst part is it happens on the travel day.

All my past trips have disappeared upon update and the app can’t even locate any of my upcoming or past trips! Calling the customer careline is useless because no one picks up!

Please fix it asap.

Hello, pandemic came, all flights had to stop… I had booked tickets but waiting for 3 years to get refund… in the end, we went for the vouchers & having a headache booking flights again… my whole family loved their hospitality way before the pandemic came…

The customer service ignored my refund for a year. Sent an email to them and received no reply nor calls. They are not taking my complaints seriously.

The app is a nice idea, but please remove all the bugs which are still included. E.g. booking reference number + name cannot be found, but the corresponding error message is empty; app informs via push message that the flight is ready for check-in, but the check-in still is not open.

Wasted a lot of time trying to make the app work for booking a flight. Gave up.

Terrible outdated app. Nothing works and annoying
