Useless on modern iPhone
I installed the App because of the Thai Smile snd Thai Airways merger and I‘m very disappointed. Go and use the Thai Smile App, which is just functional and not great, but still far better than this App. Did the developer team try this App on different platforms and devices? It seems not. By the way the statement can be copied and used as as a review for the website too!
Cookies break process flow
If you don’t accept ALL cookies, checkin crashes with an error. Any QA at all, Thai Airways? I’ll book a cheaper carrier next time, I expect a working app from TA, definitely not “smooth as silk”

You can book flight, check in and do a reservation for seat !

The onboard service is so good. The app is useless, though. One cannot perform a reservation, nor change the contact details. What a pity
No more flight bookings possible
The App has problems with the new iOS 13. It is impossible to choose flights from the search flights list. This is for all devices running iOS 13 and higher. Not nice...
Difficulty to add on Passbook
Difficulty to add on Passbook (Apple Wallet) when checking in on the app.

Still unable to add Boarding Pass to iPhone wallet. When asked to send boarding pass to email- no mail.
UI ยังไม่ตอบโจทย์
ระวังตอนกดจองต้องมีสมาธิห้ามรีบแบะห้ามเกินเวลา ตั้งใจจะเลือกไฟลท์รอบ19:05 แต่พอทำรายการจ่ายตังค์เรียบร้อยออกมาเป็นอีกไฟลท์นึงรอบ15:45 มือพลาดตรงไหน
SPAM Infested
I will uninstall this app until their marketing department lie low on sending notifications. 8 a day of advertisements is just too much.
