App won’t save progress which is really frustrating when you’re trying to move through each exercise and having to go back and redo certain pieces over and over. Customer support was brutal, so far they have just asked me to re-explain my issue… it’s not worth the money.
They charged my account without my authorization and processed three transactions on the same day. Their cancellation process is nearly impossible, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. I have filled out the cancellation form twice and sent emails, but nothing has been done. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this app to anyone!!
Make it hard to cancel subscription
I am trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund but nobody is responding to my emails.
Be carfull: the app does not give you a direct button to cancel the subscription. The only way to do it is through email which the always respond saying they are facing a high volume of messages and they will process my request, but they don’t. I will all here too: can you please, cancel my subscription?
I have been using the app for over 3 months and have been trying to ask some questions that are not addressed in the app. They refered me to a video that didn't deal with my question. Try another app!
They don’t allow you to unsubscribe the purchase. ITS A SCAM, Apple please REMOVE it from App Store. I’m not getting my REFUND back. It’s a BOT APP and a SCAM!

I’ve been trying to cancel subscription for months. Signed up through the website and they ask for three items and they say they can’t find account. Don’t get this app. Garbage
