They would keep taking monies out of the account despite of writing to them to cancel the subscription. There is no phone number you can ring and speak to someone only by e mail and the way they make it more complicated to cancel ; they will ask you to provide Apple Pay credit card no even if you have paid with your original card and then take you around circles. I have reported them to trading standards as they don’t have simpler way to cancel the subscription and no human to speak to

The content and content exercises are pretty good, but the delivery in the app leaves a lot to be desired. My main gripes are: The daily plan should also include all of the other exercises they recommend you do, not just the kegel and glutes ones. Trying to find lessons you’ve already done as a reference is really difficult and once you’ve completed the series they disappear completely and the program is removed. For an 8 week program I don’t understand why all the lesson content is loaded into the first week and then nothing after that. There’s a lot to take in so why not spread it out a bit? The first few days lessons are good with lots of talking head advice and guidance. After the initial video content you just get lots of dull audio and text commentary The pacing is weird in places. Some of the lessons try and fit in loads of content over 20 minute monologues and others are less than a minute long. I didn’t really appreciate the ‘buy our supplements’ adverts masquerading as lesson content towards the end of the course There’s loads of bugs where the days don’t move on automatically and lessons get wiped if you review previous ones

The content and scope are amazing. I look forward to learning more and seeing results. However, if you log on another device, you will lose all your progress. I’ve never seen that on an app. Could someone explain why?

Tried the app and although nothing wrong with the content, it wasn’t for me. Took a 1 month or 3 month one off payment and have just been charged $60….!!!! I never sign up to anything were this an an automatic renewal - absolutely furious that they have somehow managed to make it an automatic payment and deducted the payment, how is this even legal?

I signed-up but never used the app, then deleted it and contacted the admins to terminate the acct. Payments were still taken. They were unwilling to help further by email saying I had to do everything ‘in app’ So I logged in today after disputing being charged for services not recieved. Seems I’m NOT on a payment plan but they have still taken my money.

I purchased this app for a month for a trial but this app is charging me money 4 times more after a month without my concern. Please don’t use this app.

Had a lot of hope. Just waste of time. Seems like a money making scheme just. Not recommended at all

It’s the worst app ever, they give you a purchase for 10£ , and after take 30£ and you even can’t cancel from subscriptions .

The app is not transparent and does not allow users to cancel when required so be careful before purchasing, also they store card details and use it for renewal without consent.
