Great low key brunch. Wonderful staff, quiet live Entertainment and small toddler area to keep the little ones entertained.
Lost voucher
It is December 31. I want to use my vouchers. I cannot. It turned out that the rule is that the vouchers are not valid in December 31. This piece of info should be stated clear during the registration not hidden in the pile of info that we agreed upon accepting rules and terms.
Bad service. Cold tomahawk
Was excited to try this tales about steak house. Took some friends for dinner last night table service was crap. They guy spilled salad on table and didn’t even come to clean it. I had to remove it myself. He was sliding off food from plate to ours instead of using spoon. Steak was cold and no flavour at all. Pls think twice before you go spend 200$ per person even with entertainer.

Dairy Queen - YAS Mall
The Dairy Queen at YAS Mall makes it very difficult to use the entertainer. If you pay regular price you can get all menu items (pecan mudslide) however as soon as they know you want to use your voucher the menu items are out of stock. They also severely limit the menu choices you can use your entertainer voucher with.
Offers dissapearing
Hi, This is my first experience with entertainer. There was an offer in 2020 that I wanted to use and it was available a few days ago, now I’m checking and it’s not there anymore. The offer was at Kahraman sushi night on Friday, Monday and Wednesday together with main couse offers now I can only find the main couse but the sushi night is not there. Do you put offers in the beginning of the year and then remove it?
Waste of Money
I never used this app so total waste of money! Could not use it for western restaurants near me and one time I couldn’t get wifi so couldn’t get the discount. Now I’ve been sent a message that says “thanks for downloading the app” but I didn’t. Would not recommend it for singles who don’t eat out much.
