The ENTERTAINER

I tried many times to amend my name in the app but failed. I also tried to ask in the live chat but waited for a long time for answer but still no response

So many great offers to save so much money - amazing app, wont go anywhere without it !!

I like this app a lot but the bad UX really makes me feel frustrated. When I choose the category “Japanese”, a search bar and keyboard automatically appear and block half of the screen. I can never see the offer of the last few restaurants as there is no way to hide the keyboard. Besides, the Entertainer Getaways is not user-friendly at all. I miss the old design that we can search for the hotel directly by typing the location only. It is a more simple and direct way to let us know what offer could the entertainer provide.

早幾年用過佢既主菜買一送一，係比錢個apps, 然後去到餐廳就只要比其他食物同加一既錢。宜家原來係要比$188entertainer, 然後你去到餐廳先可以有買一送一優惠。呢個世代真係冇聽過要比錢買優惠，大把餐廳都自己推優惠啦，用entertainer真係好搵笨。我唔知情下比左錢，之後想搵人幫，佢個apps只得live chat，冇hotline可即時幫你。啲人覆得勁慢，跟住又成日斷線，搞左幾個鐘都冇人幫到我。後來CS email我，都係啲官腔野，我表示不滿，佢都唔再覆我了。🤬所以唔好比人扼錢啦，優惠又少，仲要好多優惠都只有75折，要搵抵食餐廳，用eatigo好過。

My first year purchasing the entertainer in HK, the first half of the year was fine until starting off 2019 June, many restaurants stopped contracting with entertainer and those that were on my to go list just vanished, and they are so tricky that they change the offer validity, for example from main item buy 1 get 1 free to 25% off the total bill, from discount for food now changed to discount for drinks. So many restaurants are gone from the app, the offers now are significantly less attractive and it’s not worth the price I paid for the annual membership, don’t think I will purchase again next year, pretty much a scam.

This is my third year to pay for entertainer but this year is definitely the worst. Restaurant staff is not happy when they heard you are going to use entertainer offer; Some restaurant said they’ve already ended the contract with entertainer but I can still see the offer on the app, wasted so much time to walk up to the hill; the restaurant is not attractive at all. To conclude, definitely won’t subscribe entertainer next year.

Purchased the entertainer for the second time but all of the restaurants that previously participated are no longer available. The app doesn’t show the terms and conditions clearly. When paying the bill, the restaurant said the entertainer discount was not applicable to certain main courses. Fit mislead by the entertainer.

Both places weren’t happy to see we have entertainer! So why would I wanna get entertainer and get humilitated!
