I think I should’ve read the reviews before hand. I’ve been waiting on my food for a little while now and it still is telling me 45+ minutes. I have no idea if my food is going to show up or not. I’m hungry, and I’m not from here, nor do I speak the language so it’s a slight struggle trying to get food. I dont know I’ll update if I actually recieve my food in edible conditions.

Unable to order
Every time I try to place an order it says it is unable to deliver to my address. I have my address set, why is it showing me options that can't deliver to me? Also, items only available during certain times are not listed in the item description, so I put an order together, and when I go to check out, I find out I am not able to order those at the time. Again, why is it showing me stuff I can't order? I tried to order from 4 different restaurants and gave up.
Sketchy
Twice I tried to order, both times order did not arrive. There is no live chat. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner. They owe me 70 euros for undelivered services but it is impossible to get in touch with them. On my last delivery, it seems that the delivery person did not feel like coming to my location and just said the order was delivered. Horrible service. Sketchy workers. Avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!
This app, the company is a total fraud. They have ZERO customer service. They’re only in it to squeeze fees from restaurants it seems, as there is NO QC whatsoever. If something goes wrong, you’re screwed. They have NO SERVICE LINE OR FEEDBACK OPTION. Call a restaurant directly to order, and definitely DO NOT order from a franchise place. You will be disappointed!! They just fake it and take your money. You have zero options to get your money back unless you can block a credit cars paent. This place should just be shut down, it does not remotely match up to pro services elsewhere. What a joke. Negative stars!
