Errors
Got this error for 3 days in a row(Something went wrong) when i was trying to sell my tickets. I reached out to the help support team but still didn’t receive an answer. Disappointed

Notifications don’t even work so I miss out on tickets!

Ne comptez pas sur cette app pour gagner des billets ... le site web vous envoie des notifications, et bonne chance pour vous procurer des billets en demande. Une fois le email reçu, vous arrivez sur les billets... vendus. À améliorer svp.
Ticket verkocht maar geen betaling ontvangen
Na 4 weken nog steeds geen gehoor van ticketswap
Werkt maar deels.
Veld mijn Ticketalerts werkt niet! Help. Als ik kaartje aantoets die te koop staan werkt mijn scherm niet meer.
Loopt vast
De app loopt constant vast wanneer ik in mijn ticketalert een groep tickets wil aanklikken.
Moeilijk met uitbetalen
Ze betalen uit wanneer ze willen of gewoon niet. Wanneer je contact zoekt in de app of per e-mail wordt er gewoon de hele week niet gereageerd. Beetje trieste service dit, verder prima platform als het zou werken.
Frustrating
Everytime I try to buy a ticket It keeps saying “something went wrong. Try again later!” I’ve tried 3 different emails, I’ve tried logging in and out. I’ve tried buying it from their website through a web browser. Ultimately I have to ask my friends to buy it for me because it just won’t work only my phone.
