Komolytalanok, a saját szabályaikat sem tartsák be. Nem ajánlom. Miattuk az eladott jegyemmel maradtam, amit nem tudtam már másnak eladni és a pénzt is kérik vissza.

Bought a fake ticket, sent them the proof from the festival entrance that it was fake. They told me that i will get a refund. After 3 days and no update, i’ve called again and they told me that i will receive an update when they finish their “investigation”, but they do not know when that will be and they will also let me know IF I will get my money back or not. Kindly advise you not to buy from them, they do not check the tickets. The one i bought did not even had a last name on it so it was pretty sure that it was a fake one.

Do not use this app! I bought two tickets via Ticketswap, then I couldn't go anymore, so I resold them via Ticketswap, just the way i bought them. Turns out one of them isn't valid at the entrance. The person who bought it for me contacted me for a refund. I needed help from Ticketswap to resolve the issue. I never got help from them, I sent emails and tried to contact them in-app, but there is no way to do that, they only have automated bot responses. They pretend they verify the tickets, and then the customers are responsible for the fake tickets! Also, i didn't get proof that the ticket was invalid. Don't sell or buy ticket via Ticketswap, save yourself money and a financial and emotional headache!

Am găsit tot timpul bilete bune la toate concertele unde am mers. Recomand

The app is so bad. I enabled push notifications and every time I almost instantly press on the notifications as they appear, I find out that people are already paying for the tickets. And I havr the best internet in Europe.

Na 4 weken nog steeds geen gehoor van ticketswap

Veld mijn Ticketalerts werkt niet! Help. Als ik kaartje aantoets die te koop staan werkt mijn scherm niet meer.

De app loopt constant vast wanneer ik in mijn ticketalert een groep tickets wil aanklikken.
