TIDAL Music: HiFi Sound

after using app for one day... give feedback banners. why to annoy users from beginning?

Most attracting part of tidal is flac or mqa (yuck) and the app doesn’t even have an equalizer. The subtitles are either behind like miliseconds so when you press it it’s almost already over or they are completely out of place. Absolutely horrible experience. I expected more but got less and I don’t see the app changing anytime soon since it’s been the same last year when I tried it.

After last update there is no option to choose MQA as highest quality format. If there are both MQA and FLAC available for same song then FLAC is automatically chosen. There are lot of steraming service providers who can supply HiRes FLAC, and they are MUCH cheaper. I don't find any reason to choose Tidal anymore.

music service is good but the app is very laggy and glitchy.

Not gonna lie, the app is messy in UX and featuresets compared to Spotify, but by itself it isn't terrible. I don't have anything that makes my life difficult except terrible search (if i search for machina it doesn't show me the artist called machìna, and pretty much everything else about the search sucks), and not having multi device controlling like with Spotify. Why a high rating after all this criticism? Well, the algorithms here help me discover way more different and better music than Spotify, and the sound quality is also way better. That's why I still keep this subscription and don't use only Spotify

Honestly, TIDAL is very underrated, the prices are amazing and the streaming quality is 10 times better then anything ive seen before.

Didn’t want to return money altough I didn’t use their service at all after they took payment from my bank account. I think it’s hostile practice toward consumer. Also didn’t want to apply EU right to end contract. Don’t reccomend this behavior

Just why? I mean the idea is good but flytunes did it way better. I’m currently just contemplating my life decisions over wasting internet on downloading this *VERY* overhyped garbage. you could add ads but make it so you can actually use it you absolute buffoons.
