OUR USERS SAY
“This app is a godsend. I used to use a planner to get through each day but a planner doesn’t notify you if you forget to check it. I highly recommend this for anyone on the spectrum or even if you just struggle with executive functioning skills.”
“I just wanted to take a minute to say how incredible I think this app is! As a visual learner, this has such an engaging structure that makes it reliable and causes me so much less stress when I’m trying to stay organized. I have already recommended this digital planner to multiple people/platforms!’’
“Tiimo makes me feel “in control” because I’m able to see my day visually, and I can build up a library of routines to make scheduling a breeze. I always know what is coming next which reduces anxiety and helps me focus on what I am currently doing. The power of Tiimo is that they know their audience and build specifically for them. This makes such a difference. They listen and respond promptly, I can tell that they care about the community they build their app for. I’m excited to see this app evolve even more in the future."

This is the first review I’ve ever left, but I feel like I have to for this one because of how much it has positively impacted my life. I have ADHD and have downloaded almost every “to-do”/time management app there is. I end up never using and deleting the apps for one reason or another. This app is the perfect app for me and helping me manage boring tasks and making routines. It is laid out so well and easy to find your way around. I have shared this app with a couple friends who have loved it as well. If you struggle with doing mundane tasks and time management, this app is a life saver. This app seriously has seriously changed my crazy ADHD life!! Thank you x1000 to the developers.
One of the most useful applications!
It has a unique set of features that help the user manage their life, keep track of daily tasks and manage their time.
I am.. IN LOVE.. with this app
This app is fantastic..
I have used it for years and love it so much..
It is very easy to break down activities, tasks and sub-tasks, and mark them off as done on a given day, or date, or as regular activities, recurring at any interval or frequency. It is very easy to setup and maintain, and has a few very nice colours and simple icons, to make things a bit delightful, but not distracting.
The simplicity of the design, and the helpfulness of the simplicity is what helps me to stay on track.
Thanks to the team at Tiimo, for responsiveness related to issues, for providing a forum for input on design requests, and to everyone involved for making this into such a great app.
Notes
Pour le moment JADORE cette application!

Amazing for ADHD
As a person with ADHD this app has helped me a lot. I miss less appointments and I’ve created a lot of better habits through this app. HIGHLY recommend
Like it but room for improvement
This app is beautiful and I love the ability to put lists within activities! Sadly though my push notifications do not work (with all permissions allowed in my phone settings/things set up properly in app/everything updated) unless I am going into the app manually. If I do not respond to the push notification then it stops sending them, which is frustrating as with my mental health conditions I need those push notifications to ALWAYS go through regardless of the last time I actually went into the app. One other thing that could be improved is when an unscheduled time activity (that doesn’t repeat) isn’t completed, it stays on that date. I have no way of finding it unless I go through each previous day individually and then reschedule the specific activity. I’d like to be able to see those missed activities so I know they still need to be completed even though I didn’t complete it at the scheduled time, maybe to roll over to the next day or a general list of unfinished activities? Love the support for everyone who works on this app and very excited to see where it goes! Unfortunately I won’t be using it myself until I can trust my notifications will occur and I don’t lose uncompleted things on my to do list.
Ehhhh
It’s pretty good, but literally almost everything needs money!! Edit the to do list in tasks? You need a subscription! You wanna add notes? Subscription! You wanna customize stuff? Subscription!
Inclusive Intentions, But Falls Short for Visually Impaired Users
I was initially excited about the potential of the Tiimo app, hoping it would assist me, a neurodiverse individual, in organizing my day and breaking down tasks. However, my experience was hindered by the app's lack of accessibility for visually impaired users.
Despite the developers' emphasis on intersectionality, the app falls short in catering to the needs of individuals with visual impairments. The absence of compatibility with Apple's built-in accessibility features for the blind, such as font size adjustments, makes the app unusable for those who rely on these features.
While the developers advocate for intersectionality, they seem to overlook the reality that many individuals face multiple disabilities, both physical and neurodiverse. The visually appealing design of the app contrasts sharply with its inaccessibility to visually impaired users, reinforcing the exclusionary nature of technology for those with diverse disabilities.
As someone who is Non-Binary, Mad, Neurodiverse, Chronically Ill and Visually Impaired, I find it disappointing that an app claiming to champion intersectionality neglects a significant portion of its potential user base. The review serves as a call to action for developers to align their words with meaningful steps towards inclusivity for ALL.
Anybody who may be looking for an app like Tiimo that is accessible to those who are Low Vision or Blind, check out the Structured app. From the start, their app has been accessible to those most marginalized by inaccessible technology.
Do better.
Great for neurodivergent!!
Just got this and I love it so far. The AI generatated checklist is a GAME CHANGER. I often find it exhausting to add all the little tasks and this helps save time and add things you might not have thought about. It does the brain work for you which is much needed when you have ADHD. Also love all the customization, honestly great so far!!
An Amazing Accommodation
This app has genuinely helped me so much. My AuDHD brain can’t remember many things, so I put “grab watch” and “grab headphones” at the end of my morning routine checklist so I can remember what I need to do. My nighttime routine encourages me to prepare for the next day with the way I set it up. This is an incredible accommodation for neurodivergent people, and I would highly recommend it.
Thank you so much for creating this app, and making it so cheap! $25 a year is the cheapest plan I’ve ever seen for an app like this, and it’s simplicity makes it much better than some overwhelming apps.
