Can not log into my account!!! Changed password they send me the new link, doesn’t recognize me. I ca add stuff to cart can’t login to pay. You can’t pay your bill at the store either.

I’m told I’ll be charged for having paper billing, yet no where in the app is the an option to go paperless. It was a whole process of having to login to a third party website. Terrible app design and customer service.

Just downloaded the app and I can’t sign in using the same email and password as the website. I clicked the forgot password but never got the password reset email after waiting over 30 minutes and checking my junk mail. Basic tasks are not working.

This app is so worthless. I wanna use my points but I can’t login. Then I use password reset and the email never comes!! Not to my in box or junk box. I just keep repeating this over and over and nothing!! Sure doesn’t make me want to shop.

I haven’t been able to use the app. I created my account, entered my username and password and got error code 403. Can someone from the development team reply and let me know what to do?

Every time I sign in it’s a blank screen. I can shop and look without signing in but as soon as I sign in it blank or it says they don’t have enough bandwidth. I call support they said delete restart reload . Still doesn’t work ! It’s not just the phone app, I tried it online and same thing !

Why even have an app if there’s not a single feature on it that ever works? It doesn’t show rewards, will not link to my card no matter what I do, when I try to reset my password it never sends the email that it says it did… A complete, frustrating joke.

Seriously, in this tech age, you can’t make an app that works? Trying to pay my bill and all I get is a loading screen until my phone screen times out. Get it together developers.
