TOD - Stream Sports & Movies

Paid for subscription. Money charged and service not received, keeps saying no active subscription even tho money was taken and subscription says active on Apple. Got in touch with TOD customer service who refused to help and same with Apple!! Both absolutely useless and I’m going ahead with my bank to report this as theft!! Very unhappy and avoid at all costs.

I paid for subscription to watch Euro and it doesn’t work! Zero customer service!

A total scam of an app they font provide the sport channels I paid for saying I don’t have the credentials yet they charged me . A garbage app and waste of my investment

One star is too much for this app

When I pay for a subscription I expect to watch the big games, but this app tends to break when a big game goes on. Very unacceptable and there is no customer service. Do better Bein!

You can not subscribe because of f.king decoding error!! Totally garbage app!

I wonder how beIN would spend tens of millions of dollars buying exclusive rights to all major sporting tournaments, and then invest so little in their streaming app and customer service. It makes no business sense whatsoever. Steaming sports is terrible: if a match has started, tapping “watch from start” instead plays the live position, spoiling the game for you. Matches suddenly fast forward to the end without warning. The controls are horrible, options are very limited. Believe it or not, there is no customer service at all; nobody to contact. And subscription management is very poor, with no way to resolve system errors. Simple streaming apps built by university students perform faaaaar better. Shame on beIN sports.

Decoding error whenever I try to create an account. You people are not serious about your app.

I have been using the app for a few months now. It disconnects during the games, poor interface, not easy to find channels and switch between them and worst customer support ever.. if no improvements made by the of current subscription month I’m not renewing. They are literally pushing people to find other sources to watch football.

The app is atrocious, I feel like they should use other streaming apps as examples. When you watch a show, you would think the app will just play the next episode but no it doesn’t (shocking!). What makes it worse, I use Chromecast to stream episodes on my TV so you would think when you switch between episodes or between sporting events, it would automatically switch when you press the Chromecast icon but you would be very wrong because you need to stop casting your previous show or sporting event before you can cast the new show. I’m surprised because globally streaming apps are so common and this is the best that you could come up with.
