Utterly frustrated
Can't log in sometimes. Often crashes. Can't add devices. Website down for days now. I have paid for the FIFA world cup but unable to use it. Helpline (bot) is useless and no answers to my technical issues.

اسوأ تطبيق
اسوء تطبيق شفته ، اشتركت ب ٧٩ ريال في الباقة الشاملة ولا اشتغل اي شي داخل التطبيق ، جربت حتى مع ال vpn ولا نفع وجربت حتى من اللابتوب ولا نفع ، وعندهم اسوء خدمة عملاء ، تواصلت معهم وسويت كل الي قالوه وماضبط ، بعدها قالوا المشكلة اكيد من النت وتواصل مع شركة الاتصالات !!!! ع العموم تطبيق فاشل والله يعوضني في دراهم وحسبي الله فيهم .

I subscribed the additional package to watch World Cup 2022 and the app stopped working the day World Cup started. No response from TOD and no refund. They just did the additional subscription to loot the money from customers. Apple should ban the from the App Store
